All sales are made on the following Terms and Conditions.

Clients may choose from the sizes offered on the selection page on the shopping cart.
Please be careful when selecting your photos. Unfortunately once you’ve ordered your photos the choice is final. All refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of the studio and will only be made if the ordered print is defective.
No claims for damaged or defective prints can be made after seven days of receipt of photo. Photos should be returned via post with your full details for exchange only. All correspondence should be directed to our e-mail or PO Box 701 Elsternwick 3185.
Allow three weeks for delivery. Please note that delivery times may vary without notice depending on studio workload and time of year.
All prices are shown in Australia dollars and include GST.
Postage rates are shown at the checkout. All items are sent via Australia Post registered mail. Check your postal address when entering your details as incorrectly addressed articles may incur additional charges if returned by Australia Post to us as undeliverable.
Photographs are supplied by Renburne Pty. Ltd. trading as Cha Cha Cha Photography your credit card statements will show these details.
Only fully paid orders paid for by Mastercard or Visa Credit Cards will be processed. We do not accept any other type of card.
